Requisition Management
The First Advantage HMS Requisition Creation wizard ensures an efficient and accurate process for creating and maintaining requisitions. Using your predefined job descriptions and supplemental data, the requisition wizard assists users in creating a requisition and assigns the appropriate job description, requirements, screening and assessment questions, and approval paths. The requisition creation wizard ensures that recruiters and hiring managers can easily create job openings that support company standards.
Requisition Approval
After creation, the requisition is routed through your requisition approval process. Separate sign-off paths for different job groups ensure that users see only their own approval tasks. Users can inspect the sign-off path of a requisition, see the current status of each requisition, see comments from other approvers, inspect the requisition, make changes to the requisition and approve or disapprove the requisition. Users can also see their history of requisition sign-off.
Once a requisition is created and approved, it is ready to be published, beginning the
